ComfortHome is a service and product provider for the ENERGY STAR program. As your ENERGY STAR Service Provider, we will contract with your builder to:
- Review your initial house plan and complete a one-time rating to determine project level upgrade recommendations.
- Inspect your home pre-drywall to verify air sealing and insulation of the foundation, envelope and duct systems, including the Thermal Bypass Checklist, with installation and compliance recommendations, as necessary.
- Inspect, test and certify your home to determine the specific performance characteristics of the house and its equipment systems for final qualification for ENERGY STAR labeling.
