The Progressive Analysis to Reduce Energy (PARE®) program is our patented 6-Step process that guarantees greater options, greater savings and higher levels of comfort than any other home improvement option.
The PARE process begins with an examination of 12 months of your utility bills. Next, we'll evaluate your heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, your major appliances and even your small appliances, television, audio and phone equipment for inefficiency and unneeded electrical and other energy usage. We'll examine your thermostat settings, your lighting and even your use of energy-saving Compact Fluorescent Bulbs (CFLs).
And since it's a good bet that your home is leaking far more heat in the winter and cool air in the summer than you ever thought probable, we'll scrutinize that too. ComfortHome's Pro-Tech Diagnosis utilizes infra-red heat detection, construction specification analysis, home envelope and duct pressurization testing, window integrity and insulation evaluation, plus weather stripping, caulking and moisture barrier inspection. We'll determine just how much heating or cooling loss you're experiencing and where. We'll even explore the money saving potential in your home for solar, geothermal and heat recovery systems.
